This consultation provides high-level professional heritage advice to support early decision-making. It does not replace a heritage statement, desk-based assessment or formal report.

This service is best suited to developers, architects, planning consultants and property owners working with historic buildings or sites where heritage considerations are likely to influence outcomes.

Background review prior to your appointment (designation, listing status, conservation context and high-level setting)

During your appointment, you will receive a 30-minute video consultation with a heritage expert with clear verbal guidance on:

• Heritage significance and sensitivity

• Potential constraints and risks

• Likely scope of heritage input required

• Whether Aurora Heritage is the right fit for the next stage

• A brief written summary of key points discussed following the consultation.

£125 + VAT

Payable in advance at the time of booking. This fee reflects the preparation time required to provide informed, proportionate advice.

Payment, cancellations & refunds - all consultations are payable in advance and are non-refundable. The consultation fee secures preparation time and a reserved appointment slot. If you arrive late, the consultation will still end at the scheduled time.
